Comparison of Development Model of National New Areas and Selection of Development Routes of Chongqing Liangjiang New Area

国家级新区设立的要旨在于探索改革协同推进的路径,其改革经验可为其他地方深化改革提供参考。通过对国家级新区创新发展、协调发展、开放发展的模式进行比较,发现其既有共性,又有差异。重庆两江新区在发展中应汲取其他国家级新区发展的经验,推行"三个清单"模式,深化管理体制创新;结合要素资源禀赋合理选择重点发展产业;吸收协调发展模式理念精髓推动全方位协调发展;探索适合自身的开放模式,提升对外开放层次和水平;加强与其他国家级新区间的协作与互动;实现领导干部配置及队伍结构的科学化、合理化。

The key of the establishment of new national collaboration is to explore the path of promoting reform. The reform experience can provide a reference for other areas to deepen synergistically reform. Through comprising the modes of it＇s innovative development, coordinated development and open development, it is found that there are similarities and differences. Chongqing Liangjiang New Area should learn from experiences of other new national areas. It could implement the ＂three lists＂ mode to deepen the innovation of management system, select key development industries in consideration of its factors and endowments, absorb the essence of harmonious development model to promote coordinated development, explore its own opening mode and improve the opening level, strengthen cooperation and interaction with other national areas, realize the scientific and rationalization of the leading cadres and the contingent structure
