作为一种全新的治理模式,中国共产党推进国家治理现代化具有整体性与系统性相统一、开放性与稳定性相促进、制度性与法制性相协调、调节性与反馈性相结合等显著特征,为新时期在全球化和信息化背景下进一步深化政治体制改革确立了总体发展方向。面对现代化发展的时代指向,中国共产党通过坚持以执政党治理能力建设为核心的现代化方向、树立民主治理与法治建设联动化的发展思路、完善以社会主义制度为基础的现代民主治理制度体系、大力推进基层社会治理建设实践的深入发展等举措推进国家治理现代化的深入发展。
