摘要 血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)作为一种著名的细胞有丝分裂原,已引起越来越多研究学者的关注。先前大量的研究已经发现,在脑缺血过程中,VEGF可能参与多条信号通路的激活以及促进血管新生,从而增加局部的脑血流量。然而,最近的研究发现,VEGF在血管性认知功能障碍中发挥重要的保护作用,现对VEGF及其受体VEGFR的结构特征、信号通路及其在血管性认知功能障碍中的作用作一综述。 Vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) as a well known cell mitosis,has attracted more and more attention of researchers.It is well known that VEGF plays an important role in vascular cognitive impairment.The aim of this paper is to review the structural characteristics,signaling pathways and the role of VEGF and its receptor VEGFR in vascular dementia.
