Analysis on the Vibration Causes of Platform Gensets

某平台装有4台1 500 k W主发电机组,运行时出现较严重的异常振动。针对该问题分析可能引起发电机组振动的因素,并制定振动测试方案;通过试验测试的方法找出了引起异常振动的主要原因,并根据现场测量结果提出可行的减振方案,使发电机组振动指标达到标准许可范围。

A platform was installed with four 1 500 kW main gensets, which had serious abnormal vibra- tion during operation. To solve this problem, the causes which may lead to gensets vibration were studied and the vibration test scheme was formulated. The main causes which lead to abnormal vibration were dis- covered by tests, and the feasible vibration-reduction scheme was given based on on-site measurement re- suits, finally the vibration index was controlled within the standard range.
