摘要
基于640名党政干部的样本数据,应用因子分析方法考察了健康素质、幸福感与工作绩效的各自构成要素,进而以健康素质为自变量、以幸福感为中介变量,检验了它们对工作绩效的复杂影响;研究结果表明,健康素质对工作绩效具有正向影响,健康素质对幸福感具有正向影响,幸福感对工作绩效具有正向影响,幸福感在健康素质对工作绩效的影响过程中起部分中介作用;党政干部通过综合提升身体健康素质、心理健康素质、道德健康素质和社会功能健康素质,能够提升其生活满意度和情感满意度,进而保障与提高工作绩效。
This paper, conducted by a scientific research method: factor analysis, attempts to investigate the effects of health and happiness on job performance based on the data from interviewing 640 cadres, with the result that quality health, as the independent variable, exerts positive effects not only on performance but also on happiness, which, as the mediating variable, in turn influences performance. Therefore it should be possible for cadres to create the right physical, mental, psychological and moral conditions for happiness to flourish so as to ensure and improve their job performance.
