摘要
非光滑表面在机械摩擦磨损的过程中具有减少摩擦和降低能耗的作用。为获得平面工件的非光滑表面,采用磨削加工方式。将砂轮表面修整成螺旋槽形状,并建立螺旋槽砂轮表面的数学模型,根据磨削运动学建立磨粒运动轨迹方程,通过MATLAB仿真研究不同加工参数下磨削表面的形貌特征。
Non-smooth surface has the function of reducing friction and reducing energy consumption in the process of mechanical friction and wear. In order to obtain the non-smooth surface of the plane workpiece, the grinding process is adopted. First, the surface of the grinding wheel is dressed in a spiral groove shape, and a mathematical model of the spiral groove grinding wheel surface is established. Then according to the grinding kinematics, abrasive motion equations is built. Finally, through the MATLAB simulation, the influence of different machining parameters on grinding surface morphology is researched.
