摘要
针对某铀矿水冶厂淋洗液储槽的液位控制需求,介绍了双容水箱和模糊PID控制的原理,并利用Simulink分别搭建了模糊PID和常规PID控制的双容水箱模型,进而进行了仿真分析。仿真结果表明,模糊PID控制系统在液位的精确控制性能上优于常规PID,研究成果可用于该储槽的液位自动化升级方案设计。
Aimed to the demand of liquid level control for leacheate tank in one uranium mill, the theo- ry of double tank pool and fuzzy PID control system are mainly introduced. A fuzzy PID control sys- tem and a conventional PID control system models are set up respectively by Simulink, and then simu- lated analysis is carried out. The simulation results indicate that the fuzzy PID control system has a higher precise control standard in level control than that of the conventional PID control system. The research achievement can be applied at the design scheme for the automation upgrade of level control of leacheate storage tank in one uranium mill.
