摘要
为了降低环境杂质"本底"的干扰,保证质谱分析的高灵敏度和精度,需要为质谱仪量身定做洁净实验室。本文结合工程实例,从工艺布局、实验设备、建筑装修、空调、配电、接地、纯水制备、废水废气处理等方面对质谱分析洁净实验室的工程设计进行了研究和总结,可为类似工程设计提供参考经验。
A tailored clean laboratory room is needed to decrease the intervention of environmental background and ensure the high sensitivity and as well high accuracy of mass spectrometer analysis. Combination of the practical work experiences, and consideration of the aspects of the process layout, equipment selection, architectural finishing, air conditioning, power distribution, earthing, prepara- tion of pure water, and waste gas and water treatment, etc. the design of a clean laboratory room is presented in this paper. The study results can be provided design experience for the similar engineer- ing works.
