摘要 本文分别以纳米Y_2O_3、ZrO_2、TiO_2为掺杂物,通过干法球磨将氧化物和NCM622前驱体进行混合,然后进行烧结,后处理制得不同元素掺杂的NCM622型三元材料。SEM表明Zr元素掺杂有利于NCM622型三元材料一次颗粒的长大,电性能测试表明,掺杂1%的Y、Zr、Ti能够明显提高三元材料的循环性能,对材料的倍率性能影响不明显,且掺杂Zr元素的整体电化学性能最好。 In this paper, the precursor of Ni0.6Co0.2Mn0.2(OH)2 and different nanometer oxides are mixed with method of dry ball milling, followed by the synthesis of three cathode LiNi0.6CO0.2Mn0.2O2 samples using solid sintering process. The SEM images indicate that the doping of Zr element facilitates the growth of primary crystalline grain, and the experimental results also reveale that the different element doping by 1% can significantly improve the cycling performance, but have little effect on rate performance. Compared with Y and Ti element, the sample of Zr element doping has better electrochemical performance.
