摘要
城市型、应用型大学的概念首次出现在北京联合大学的"十三五"规划目标中,代表了新时期地方综合性大学对应用型发展模式的探索与创新。这一理念的提出继承了应用型大学建设理论和实践的已有成果,适应了当前新的形势和任务的客观要求,创新了地方综合性大学的应用型发展模式,体现了地方综合性大学探索应用型发展模式的历史性与前瞻性、客观性与主动性、理论性与实践性的有机统一。
The concept of City-based, Application-oriented University first appeared in Beijing Union University＇s ＂the 13th Five-Year Plan＂ target, which represents the exploration and innovation of application development model of local comprehensive university in the new period. This concept has inherited the existing achievements of theory and practice of application-oriented university construction, adapted to the new requirements of the current situation and tasks, innovated the application development model of local comprehensive university and embodied the organic integration of the local comprehensive university exploration and application development model in historical and forward-looking, objectivity and initiative, theoretical and practical aspects.
