摘要
自动输送机构是钢管码垛机的重要组成部分之一。利用ADAMS软件中的参数化建模和分析功能,通过建立参数化点,建立钢管码垛机自动输送机构的参数化模型。运用ADAMS对钢管码垛机自动输送机构进行参数化设计,以液压缸输出力最小为优化目的,经过设计研究选取适当的设计变量及其变化范围,然后再进行优化分析,从而得到液压缸输出力的最优解。对Φ219钢管码垛机输送机构优化设计后,使得液压缸的最大输出力降低47.2%,平均输出力降低26.8%,最大功率降低了46.2%,平均功率降低了15.2%。
Automatic conveying mechanism is an important part of steel pipe stacker crane, Using the paramet- ric modeling and analysis functions via ADAMS, the parametric model of automatic conveying mechanism of steel pipe stacker crane was build according to parameterized points. This paper parametric design to automatic conveying mechanism by ADAMS, for the purpose of the minimum propulsion force of hydraulic cylinder, then select suitable design variables and range of variation , and obtain the optimal output force of hydraulic cylinder through optimal analyzing. After automatic conveying mechanism for φ219 steel pipe stacker crane was opti- mized, the maximum output force, the average output force, the maximum power and the average power of hy- draulic cyhnder has reduced by 47. 2%, 26. 8%, 46.2%, and 15.2% respectively.
