穴位埋线联合白芍总苷胶囊治疗激素依赖性皮炎96例疗效观察

Curative Effect Observation of Catgut Implantation at Acupoint Combined with Total Glucosides of Paeony Capsules in the Treatment of 96 Cases of Hormone Dependent Dermatitis

目的探讨穴位埋线联合白芍总苷胶囊治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎临床疗效及安全性。方法将186例患者随机分为两组。对照组90例给予白芍总苷、氟芬那酸丁酯乳膏外用治疗,治疗组96例在对照组的基础上联合穴位埋线治疗,治疗8周后观察疗效。结果治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为78.13%和48.89%,治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组在治疗2周、4周、8周时病情总评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.0)。两组患者未见严重不良反应,治疗前和治疗结束时查患者血、大小便常规、肝肾功能均未见异常。结论穴位埋线联合白芍总苷治疗面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎的疗效好,安全性高。

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect and safety of catgut implantation at acupoint combined with total glucosides of paeony capsules in the treatment of facial hormone dependent dermatitis. Methods 186 patients were ran- domly divided into 2 groups. 90 cases in control group were given total glueosides of paeony capsules and butyl Flufenamate cream for external use, while 96 cases in the therapeutic group were adopted catgut implantation at acupoints in combination with afore- mentioned drugs. Therapeutic effect was observed after 8-weeks treatment. Results The total response rate of the therapeutic group and the control group were 78.13% and 48.89% ,respectively. The therapeutic group was superior to the control group,the differ- ence being statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The total disease scores of the therapeutic group were all lower than the control group after 2,4,8-weeks treatment ,the difference being statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. There were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups or abnormal results in routine blood, urea and stool tests as well as renal and liver function tests, before or at the end of the treatment. Conclusion Combination therapy of catgut implantation at acupoint and total glucosides of paeony is of good curative effect and high safety in the treatment of facial cortieosteroid dependent dermatitis.
