无创正压通气在慢阻肺急性发作临床治疗中的应用

Application of Non-Invasive Positive Pressure Ventilation in the Clinical Treatment of Acute COPD

目的探究无创正压通气在慢阻肺急性发作临床治疗中的应用。方法选取我院的100例2014年12月至2015年9月收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性发作患者,随机分为对照组和试验组。对照组的治疗方案为常规治疗,试验组的治疗方案为在常规治疗的基础上采用无创正压通气进行治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果对照组治疗的总有效率是76%,试验组治疗的总有效率是94%。两组患者治疗后的动脉血气分析结果较之于治疗前均有进步,试验组进步更加明显。试验组患者的住院时间、插管率相关指标明显优于对照组。结论对于慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性发作患者在常规治疗的基础上采用无创正压通气进行治疗,临床效果明显,可以在临床上广泛推广。

Objective The application of non-invasive positive pressure ventilation in the treatment of acute chronic ob- structive pulmonary disease（COPD） wasexplored. Methods 100 cases of acute COPD patients selected from December 2014 to September 2015 in the second people＇s hospital of Deyang were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given rou- tine therapy and the experimental group was given non-invasive positive pressure ventilation treatment on the basis of routine thera- py. The curative effect of two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of the control group was 76% and the experi- mental group was 94%. The arterial blood gas analysis results after the treatment of both groups were progressed compared with the treatment before, but the experimental group was obvious. The length of hospital stay and the intubation rate index of the experimen- tal group were superior to the control group. Conclusion For patients with acute COPD treated with non-invasive positive pressure ventilation on the basis of routine therapy ,the clinical effect is obvious and it can be widely applied in clinics.
