摘要
通过对Q235B冷弯开裂试样进行了金相、夹杂物、电子探针等分析,发现在裂纹内部和裂纹附近较多的Mn S夹杂物是开裂的原因,分析了硫化物夹杂的影响成因并提出相应解决措施.
Mettalographic examimation, inclusion analysis, EPMA and so on are made on the cracked samples of cold-be ding tests for steel plates Q235B. It explores that the main cause of cracking is that there are too much MnS inclusions in and near the cracking. The sources of sulfide inclusion is analyzed and improvement measures are put forward.
