摘要
基于发电机组锅炉烟气二氧化硫达标排放的要求,以及韶钢各组锅炉的燃气类型、成分和燃气配比情况,理论核算出在空气过剩系数为1.0~1.2、燃烧条件为特定理想状态时,每组锅炉所燃煤气尤其焦炉煤气中的杂质H_2S含量范围要求.将烟气量等指标的理论核算结果与实测结果进行对比,验证或反推假定条件及理论核算结果的合理性,得出理论值与实测值的偏差可能是由于空气过剩系数、燃烧的充分性、煤气及烟气的成分组成、煤气的燃烧程度、S的存在状态等条件与假定的理想条件存在偏差造成.
The range of H2S content of the impurities in the coal gas, especially in the coke oven gas, was worked out based on the emission standards for sulfur dioxide in exhaust gas from boilers of the power plant, and the gas type, composi- tion and gas ratio condition in each boiler at SGIS. The excess air coefficient is between 1.0 and 1.2 provided that the other conditions are in the ideal state. The theoretical calculation results and the measured results of flux and other indicators were compared to verify or backstep the rationality of the assumed conditions and theoretical calculation results. It is proved that the deviation between theoretical value and measured value may be due to the deviation of the of excess air coefficient, full burning, gas and flue gas components, or gas combustion conditions, existence state of sulfur and so on.
