以中东地区项目特色为例,结合海外工作环境的特殊性、项目执行的艰巨性、国内外项目管理的文化差异性以及海外项目高层管理人员自身问题的普遍性,分析影响其心理健康的因素,提出有针对性的应对方法和措施。

Taking the characteristics of the Middle East as an example, this paper analyzes the factors influencing the mental health of the overseas project managers, based on the particularity of overseas working environment, the difficulty of project imple- mentation, the cultural differences of project management at home and abroad, and the universality of the overseas project executives, and then put forward tar-geted methods and measures.
