摘要
由于电机动子及其加载平台重量等因素,垂直运动的直线电机寻相电机阻力巨大,一般的初始寻相方法难以实现垂直安装的直线电机的正确寻相,电机后续动作无法正确完成。针对这一问题,提出一种基于垂直运动的永磁同步直线电机初始寻相优化方法,首先推导出永磁同步直线电机的电磁推力与电机绕组的交轴电流之间关系,平滑增大电流,使电机往复运动寻找相位,再根据光栅尺反馈的位置信息来间接计算电机的电角度,完成电机的初始寻相。本方法可完全克服摩擦阻力使电机运转,不因电流过大导致电机剧烈抖动。实验表明本文方法对直线电机有着良好的控制作用,能有效的让竖立安装的直线电机克服负载重力和摩擦阻力完成寻相正常运转。
Due the linear motor mover and its loaded platform and other factors to resulting the great resistance, it is difficult to achieve initialing phase correctly for vertical linear motor by a general method, causing the motor can not complete the follow-up action correctly. To solve this problem, this article presents a optimized method that make vertical Permanent Magnet Syn-chronous Linear Motor initialing phase correctly, firstly figuring out the relationship between the electromagnetic force of perma-nent magnet synchronous linear motor and the cross-axis current of motor winding, increasing the current smoothly, do motion re-ciprocally to initialize phase, then according to the position information fed back by grating to calculate electrical angle of the motor indirectly. In this way it can completely overcome friction to make motor running, at the same time, would not cause the motor to shake violently because of over current. The experiments show that there is good control effect to linear motor in this way, and effectively make vertical linear motors against gravity and friction initialing phase to complete the normal operation.
