浅析经尿道膀胱肿瘤汽化电切术治疗浅表性膀胱肿瘤的临床效果观察

Clinical Effect Observation of Transurethral Vaporization of Bladder Tumor in the Treatment of Superficial Bladder Tumor

目的:探索浅表性膀胱肿瘤采用经尿道膀胱肿瘤汽化电切术治疗的效果。方法:在某院收治的浅表性膀胱肿瘤患者中随机抽取出102例作为研究对象,根据患者选择的手术方法将其分入到观察组和对照组中,其中观察组患者采用经尿道汽化电切术治疗,对照组患者则采用传统的开放手术治疗。对比分析两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、置管时间、住院时间、复发率等指标。结果:观察组患者的手术时间、置管时间和住院时间均比对照组短,且术中出血量更少,P<0.05;观察组患者复发率5.77%明显低于对照组的20%,P<0.05。结论:在浅表性膀胱肿瘤的临床治疗中,采用经尿道膀胱肿瘤汽化电切术效果确切,有助于促进患者术后的早日康复,且手术操作简单,在符合手术适应症的情况下应尽量首选该术式治疗。

Objective：To explore the therapeutic effect of transurethral vaporization of bladder tumor in the treatment of superficial bladder tumor.Methods：102cases of patients with superficial bladder tumor treated in a hospital were randomly selected as research object and divided into observation group and control group according to patients＇ surgical methods.The observation group was given transurethral vaporization of bladder tumor,and the control group was given traditional open surgery.Then the operation time,bleeding volume,cathetering time,hospital stay and recurrence rate of two groups were compared and analyzed.Results：The operation time,cathetering time,and hospital stay of observation group were shorter than those of control group,with less bleeding volume,P〈0.05;The recurrence rate of observation group（20%）was significantly lower than that of control group（5.77%）,P〈0.05.Conclusion：The clinical effect of transurethral vaporization of bladder tumor in the treatment of superficial bladder tumor was definite,which is effective to promote early recovery of patients after operation,with simple operation,so the conformed surgical indications should be preferred the surgical treatment as far as possible.
