摘要
目的:探讨不同镍钛预备系统应用于弯曲根管预备的疗效。方法:选取临床因牙髓炎或根尖周炎的后牙弯曲根管共68例患者,其中男42例,女26例,年龄46~67岁。随机分为3组,分别使用Mtwo机用镍钛系统预备21例(38个根管),ProTaPer机用镍钛系统预备23例(38个根管),不锈钢K锉预备根管24例(38个根管)。比较3组器械根管预备时间、诊间疼痛、根管充填质量,应用SPSS17.0统计学软件分析数据,采用χ2检验。结果:Mtwo组与ProTaPer组根管预备时间明显短于K锉组(P<0.05);根充恰填率3组对比无显著差异(P>0.05);Mtwo组、Protaper组预备后诊间疼痛发生率与K锉组比较明显降低(P<0.05);根管充填7d后3组诊间疼痛发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:与手动不锈钢K锉相比,ProTaPer、Mtwo机用镍钛预备系统可以提高临床工作效率,降低诊间疼痛的发生率。
Objective:To explore the curative effect of different nickel-titanium systems in curved root canal preparation.Methods:68patients with pulpitis or periapical posterior curved root canals,including 42 males and 26 females,aged 46-67years old were selected and randomly divided into three groups,and respectively 21 cases were treated with Mtwo rotary nickel-titanium system in preparation(38root canals),23 patients were treated with ProTaPer rotary nickel-titanium system in preparation(38root canals),and 24 cases were treated with stainless steel K file in root canal preparation(38root canals).Then compared the root canal preparation time,pain in the diagnosis,and root canal filling quality of three groups,with application of SPSS17.0statistical software to analyze data and x2 to test.Results:The root canal preparation time of Mtwo group and ProTaPer group were significantly shorter than K file group(P〈0.05);The rates of root canal just fill of three groups comparison had no significant difference(P〈0.05);The incidence of pain in the diagnosis of Mtwo group and Protaper group were significantly lower than that of K file group(P〈0.05);The incidence of pain in the diagnosis of three groups after 7days had no significant difference(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Compared with manual stainless steel K file,ProTaPer and Mtwo rotary nickel-titanium systems can improve clinical efficiency and reduce the incidence of pain.
