探讨并比较超声诊断子宫肌瘤与子宫腺肌病临床价值

Clinical Value of Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Uterine Fibroid and Adenomyosis

目的:探讨与对比超声诊断在子宫肌瘤和子宫腺肌病中的应用价值。方法:选择子宫肌瘤50例和子宫腺肌病40例,采用Philips HD11XE超声检测仪对患者进行检查,然后使用彩色多普勒对子宫和病变区域的血流情况进行观察,测量RI(阻力指数)。结果:子宫肌瘤组的阻力指数(0.5±0.2)明显小于子宫腺肌病组(0.8±0.1),t=8.6541,P=0.000<0.05。两组疾病的超声诊断符合率无明显差异,P>0.05。结论:超声诊断子宫肌瘤与子宫腺肌病具有较高的准确度,二者的超声声像图存在显著的差异,可以根据二者的阻力指数、假包膜、血流信号进行鉴别。

Objective：To explore the value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of uterine fibroid and adenomyosis.Methods：40cases of patients with uterine fibroid and 50 cases of patients with adenomyosis were selected and diagnosed by Philips HD11 XE ultrasound instrument,and then used the color doppler to observe the blood flow condition of uterus and lesion area color,and measured RI（resistance index）.Results：The resistance index of uterine fibroid group（0.5±0.2）was significantly smaller than that of adenomyosis group（0.8±0.1）,t=8.6541,P=0.0000.05.There was no significant difference in the diagnostic accordance rate between the two groups,P〈0.05.Conclusion：Ultrasound in the diagnosis of uterine fibroid and adenomyosis has a high degree of accuracy,but the ultrasonic images of them exist significant differences,and the differences can be discriminated according to their resistance index,pseudocapsule,and blood flow signals.
