社区糖尿病患者行瑞格列奈联合甘精胰岛素联合治疗的可行性研究

Feasibility Study of Repaglinide Combined Insulin Glargine in the Treatment of Community Patients with Diabetes Mellitus

目的:探究社区糖尿病患者经瑞格列奈与甘精胰岛素联合治疗的可行性。方法:回顾性分析某社区自2014年6月~2016年6月收治的72例糖尿病患者的临床数据,根据患者意愿随机分为对照组和观察组,患者数量均为36例。对照组患者给予预混胰岛素诺和灵30R皮下注射治疗,观察组患者给予甘精胰岛素和瑞格列奈联合治疗。对比分析两组患者治疗前后FPG、2hPG、HbA1c的水平,以及临床治疗总有效率。结果:社区糖尿病患者经治疗,观察组患者HbA1c水平优于对照组,差异统计学意义显著(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组临床治疗总有效率高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:瑞格列奈联合甘精胰岛素治疗糖尿病患者,不仅可以明显降低血糖,还能缩短疗程,减少了医疗费用,同时缓解了患者的精神压力,帮助疗效发挥,值得研究推广。

Objective：To study the feasibility of repaglinide combined insulin glargine in the treatment of community patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods：The clinical data of 72 cases of diabetic patients in a community from June 2014 to June 2016 were retrospectively analyzed,and all patients were divided into observation group（36cases）and control group（36cases）according to patients＇ aspiration.The control group were treated with premixed insulin Novolin 30 Rsubcutaneous injection,and the observation group was treated with insulin glargine combined repaglinide.Then compared the FPG,2hPG,HbA1 clevels,and the total efficiency of two groups before and after treatment.Results：After treatment,the HbA1 clevel of observation group was better than that of control group,which the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,which the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Repaglinide combined insulin glargine in the treatment of community patients with diabetes mellitus can not only significantly reduce blood sugar,but also shorten the course of treatment and reduce the medical expenses,and also ease the patient＇s mental stress and help to develop the efficacy,which is worthy of study and promotion.
