稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗冠心病合并室性早搏的疗效

Curative Effect of Wenxin Granule Combined Metoprolol in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease with Ventricular Premature Beat

目的:分析稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔在治疗冠心病合并室性早搏患者中的疗效,为基层医院治疗冠心病合并室性早搏提供理想治疗方案。方法:以2014年4月~2016年4月期间于某院就诊的冠心病合并室性早搏患者资料74例为研究资料,按随机数字法分为单一药物治疗组和联合药物治疗组,每组各37例。单一药物治疗组给予美托洛尔治疗,联合药物治疗组给予稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗,从中、西医两个角度对比分析治疗前后两组间的中医证候疗效、中医症状积分、心电图疗效、心电图室性早搏数量、实验室检测指标以及不良反应发生情况的差异。结果:联合药物治疗组治疗后的中医症状积分(7.48±3.01)明显低于单一药物治疗组治疗后的中医症状积分(11.48±3.77),同时联合药物治疗组中医证候疗效的总有效率91.89%,明显优于单一药物治疗组的总有效率67.57%;联合药物治疗组治疗后的心电图室性早搏数量(1459.74±213.98)明显低于单一药物治疗组治疗后的中医症状积分(4423.53±289.24),同时联合药物治疗组的心电图疗效明显优于单一药物治疗组的心电图疗效;联合药物治疗组治疗后心率震荡指标(TO、TS)和心率变异性指标(SDNN、SDANN、SDNN-Index、rMSSD、pNN50)改善情况明显优于单一药物治疗组;联合药物治疗组的不良反应发生率(10.81%)明显低于单一药物治疗组的不良反应发生率24.32%。结论:稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗治疗冠心病合并室性早搏疗效显著,不良反应发生率低,值得基层医院推广。

Objective：To analyze the curative effect of Wenxin granule combined metoprolol in the treatment of coronary heart disease with ventricular premature beat,and to provide ideal treatment for coronary heart disease with ventricular premature beat for basic-level hospitals.Methods：74cases of coronary heart disease with ventricular premature beat patients treated in a hospital from April 2014 to April 2016 were selected and divided into single drug treatment group and combined drug treatment group according to random numbers method,with 37 cases in each group.The single drug treatment group was given metoprolol therapy,and the combined drug treatment group was given Wenxin granule combined metoprolol therapy.Then analyzed the syndrome curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine,TCM symptom score,electrocardiogram curative effect,the number of electrocardiogram of ventricular premature beat,laboratory test index,and incidence of adverse reactions before and after the treatment of two groups from TCM and western medicine points.Results：The TCM symptom score of combined drug treatment group（7.48±3.01）after treatment was significantly lower than that of single drug treatment group（11.48±3.77）,and the total effective rate of combined drug treatment group（91.89%）was significantly superior to that of single drug treatment group（67.57%）;The number of electrocardiogram of ventricular premature beat after treatment of combined drug treatment group（1459.74±213.98）was significantly lower than that of single drug treatment group（4423.53±289.24）,and the curative effect of combined drug treatment group was obviously better than that of single drug treatment group;The improvement situation of indexes of heart rate turbulence（TO,TS）and heart rate variability indexes（SDNN,SDANN,SDNN-Index,rMSSD,pNN50）after treatment of combined drug treatment group were obviously better than that of single drug treatment group;The incidence of adverse reactions of combined drug treatment group（10.81%）was lower than that of single drug treatment（24.32%）.Conclusion：The effect of Wenxin granule combined metoprolol in the treatment of coronary heart disease with ventricular premature beat was obvious,with lower incidence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of promotion in basic-level hospitals.
