心律平与胺碘酮治疗心律失常疗效比较

Efficacy Comparison of Propafenone and Amiodarone in the Treatment of Arrhythmia

目的:观察心律平和胺碘酮治疗心律失常的临床效果,并对这两种治疗成效进行比较。方法:选取2015年7月~2016年2月份期间,来某院接受治疗的心律失常患者92例,采用双盲法,将其分为对照组和研究组,每组患者46例,对照组患者给予心律平治疗,研究组患者则采用胺碘酮治疗心律失常,两种患者治疗两个月后,观察其心律失常病症的康复成效。结果:研究组在抗心律失常方面明显优于对照组,而且临床好转率高于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:心律平与胺碘酮治疗心律失常临床疗效对比中,胺碘酮治疗心律失常明显优于心律平。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of propafenone and amiodarone in the treatment of arrhythmia,and to compare the effectiveness of both treatments.Methods：92patients with arrhythmia treated in a hospital from July 2015 to February 2016 were selected and divided into control group and study group according to double-blind method,with 46 patients in each group.The control group was given propafenone treatment,and the study group was treated with amiodarone,then after treatment for three months,observed the effectiveness of rehabilitation condition.Results：The antiarrhythmic condition of study group was better than that of control group,and the clinical improvement rate of study group was higher than that of control group,which the differences was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：In the clinical efficacy comparison of propafenone and amiodarone in the treatment of arrhythmia,the treatment effect of amiodarone was significantly better than that of propafenone.
