Application of Continuous Quality Improvement in Nursing Management of Pressure Ulcers

目的:通过针对性的研究,分析持续质量改进在压疮护理管理中的应用效果。方法:创立压疮护理持续质量改进小组,对某院患者的压疮护理管理过程中存在的问题进行查找、分析,找出问题原因并提出解决方案。结果:通过有效实施持续质量改进活动(即CQI)后,发现在压疮的发生机率方面,CQI实施后和实施前相比出现明显降低(P<0.05),并且压疮的记录、评估和压疮的治愈好转效率得到提高。结论:持续质量改进(CQI)在压疮护理管理中的有效应用,可以使患者发生压疮的机率大大降低,且能够显著提高压疮的管理质量及效率。

Objective：To analyze the application effect of continuous quality improvement on pressure ulcer nursing management through the targeted research.Methods：The continuous quality improvement team of pressure ulcers nursing,searched and analyzed the problem existed in the process of pressure ulcer care management in a hospital,founded out the cause of the problem and put forward the solution.Results：After the effective implementation of continuous quality improvement（CQI）,it was found that the incidence of pressure ulcer significantly decreased compared with that before the implementation of CQI（P〈0.05）,and the record,evaluation,and the cured efficiency of pressure ulcers were improved.Conclusion：The effective application of continuous quality improvement（CQI）in the management of pressure ulcer care can significantly reduce the incidence of pressure ulcer,and significantly improve the quality and efficiency of pressure ulcer management.
