耳鼻喉科的人性化护理干预探讨

目的:对耳鼻喉科患者进行人性化护理干预,探讨人性化护理措施对患者的治疗效果分析。方法:将某院66例耳鼻喉科病人随机分成两个组别,分别为对照组即常规护理组与试验组即人性化护理组,每组各33例。其中对照组进行医院常规护理,试验组在此基础上进一步进行人性化护理措施,比较两组病人在患者术后疼痛感及满意度等方面的改善情况。结果:与对照组相比,试验组患者对护理的满意度评分显著提高(P<0.05),以及患者VAS评分及SAS焦虑量表评分均低于对照组,并且两组之间具有统计学意义。结论:人性化护理措施可有效改善患者的心里状态,促进病情好转,提高护理满意度,在临床上具有非常重要的意义。

Objective：To discuss and analyze the treatment effect of humanized nursing intervention on otolaryngology patients.Methods：66cases of otolaryngology patients in a hospital were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 33 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing group,and the experimental group was given humanized nursing on the basis of control group,then compared the improvement condition of postoperative pain and satisfaction of two group.Results：Compared with control group,the nursing satisfaction score of experimental group increased significantly（P〈0.05）,and the VAS scores and anxiety scale SAS scores of experimental group were lower than those of control group,which the differences between the two groups were statistically significant.Conclusion：Humanized nursing intervention can effectively improve the patients＇ state of mind,promote an improvement of the disease,and improve nursing satisfaction,which has very important significance in clinic.
