人性化护理干预对胸外科手术护理质量的影响临床研究

Clinical Research of Influence of Humanized Nursing Intervention on Operation Nursing Quality of Thoracic Surgery Department

目的:研究人性化护理干预对胸外科手术护理质量的影响。方法:将某院2015年2月~2016年4月住院的150名胸外科手术患者作为研究对象,将其分成每组75例次研究组与比较组。比较组实施常规胸外科护理对策,研究组采用人性化护理模式进行干预,对比分析两组对护理服务满意度、住院天数与并发症情况。结果:研究组满意率显著高于比较组,研究组平均住院时间明显少于比较组,研究组并发症率显著低于比较组,两组对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:人性化护理干预可以有效提升胸外科手术患者对护理服务满意度,使患者住院时间缩短,并且能够减少并发症发生。

Objective：To study the influence of humanized nursing intervention on operation nursing quality of thoracic surgery department.Methods：60patients with thoracic surgery operation treated in a hospital from February 2015 to April 2008 were selected and divided into 30 groups,each group was divided into study group and control group,with 75 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the study group received operation,then compared the nursing service satisfaction,hospital days and complications of two groups.Results：The nursing service satisfaction of study group was significantly higher than that of control group,and the average hospitalization time and the incidence of complications of study group were significantly less and lower than those of control group,which the differences between the two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Humanized nursing intervention can effectively improve the satisfaction of nursing service in Department of thoracic surgery patients,shorten the hospitalization time,and reduce the incidence of complications.
