实行反思日记法对精神科低年资护士能力培养的影响

Effect of Reflective Diary Methods in the Ability Training of Junior Psychiatric Nurses

目的:分析反思日记法的应用在精神科低年资护士能力培养中的意义。方法:抽取精神科40名低年资护士随机分组,研究组护士在2014年5月~2015年5月间实行反思日记法培训,对照组护士实施常规培训,比较两组护士各考核的提高程度、同事评分。结果:培训后研究组理论知识、操作技能、应急处理能力考核得分、同事评分均显著高于对照组,比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:对精神科低年资护士实行反思日记法培训,有利于改变其思维模式,提高工作能力。

Objective：To study the significance of reflective diary methods in the ability training of junior psychiatric nurses.Methods：40junior psychiatric nurses were randomly divided into two groups,the study group used the reflective diary method for training from May 2014 to May 2015,and the control group conducted regular training,then compared the assessment score and coworker score between the two groups.Results：After the training,the theoretical knowledge,operation skills,emergency treatment ability assessment score,and coworker score of study group were significantly higher than those of control group,which the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The reflection diary methods in the ability training of junior psychiatric nurses are conducive to change the thought patterns,and improve the working ability.
