中共十八大以来,习近平提出了创新发展、协调发展、绿色发展、开放发展、共享发展"五大发展"新理念,经济发展要"以人民为中心"等一系列经济发展思想,是对中国特色社会主义实践的新概括,是中国特色社会主义政治经济学理论的最新成果。"以人民为中心"是经济协调发展的出发点和归宿点,经济协调发展是"以人民为中心",是对社会经济发展规律的准确把握,是人和社会协调发展的基础和具体实现。人民主体性、协调包容性和发展辩证法是协调发展经济的特征。区域协调发展、城乡协调发展、产业协调发展、国防与经济建设协调发展、供给与需求协调发展、生态协调发展和世界经济的联动协调发展是协调发展经济的重大关系问题,必须正确认识和处理。

The five new concepts of development are proposed： innovation, coordinated, green, open and share. ＂Taking people as centre＂ is a new generalization of the practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics, is the latest achievements in the theory of the political economics of socialism with Chinese characteristics. ＂Taking people as the center＂ is the starting point and also the goal. Coordinated economic development is ＂people centered＂, is to accurately grasp the social and economic development laws and the foundation of the people and social coordinated development. People＇s subjectivity, coordinate inclusion and the development of dialectics are the characteristics of coordinated development. We have to handle well the relations of regional harmonious development, the coordinated development of urban and rural, industry coordinated development, national defense and economic construction, supply and demand.
