构建完整的统筹城乡商贸流通体系,有利于保证城乡之间的商贸活动能够有效流通和发展,为城乡统筹发展奠定坚实的基础。中国统筹城乡商贸流通体系面临着城乡分割发展的二元经济结构制约、城镇化发展状态滞后导致的阻碍、现代物流体系及连锁性经营建设力度不够造成的约束等问题。应大力推进城镇化建设,为建立健全统筹城乡商贸流通体系创造有利条件;给予城乡商贸流通主体相应的鼓励与支持;大力发展商贸流通连锁经营,创建与城乡商贸流通相适应的物流系统;加大统筹城乡商贸流通体系的制度支持,拓宽商贸流通企业融资渠道。

To construct a coordinated urban and rural trading system is good for commercial development between urban and rural, as well as an important foundation. There are still problems in the development of coordinated urban and rural trading system, such as dual-structure of economic development in urban and rural, backward economic development, weak logistic industry and chain management. Therefore, we have to establish a complete logistics system in urban and rural in order to ensure that business activities can be efficiently circulate and development, so as to lay a solid foundation for the overall development between urban and rural areas.
