异氰脲酸三缩水甘油酯(TGIC)是一个包含环氧基团的三官能团单体,用于聚酯粉末涂料中的固化剂,具有优良的耐候性、耐热性、高温电性能以及粘接性,对酸、碱及其他化学品稳定性高,有优良的交联固化性能。因TGIC具有毒性,限制了其进一步的发展。本文综述了异氰脲酸三缩水甘油酯在合成方法和应用及其替代物的研究进展,对比提出了替代物的发展方向,为TGIC替代物的选择和应用提供理论参考。

Triglycidyl isocyanurate（ TGIC） is a trifunctional monomer containing epoxy group,and it is mainly used as curing agent for polyester powder coating because of its excellent weatherability,heat resistance,high temperature electrical properties and adhesion,good stability against acid,alkali and other chemicals,and excellent crosslinking properties. But TGIC is toxic,which restricts its further development. The advances in synthesis,application and surrenal of this material were summarized,and the development direction of alternatives was proposed,which provided a theoretical reference for the selection and application of TGIC alternatives.
