磷锌系控制某电厂循环水缓蚀阻垢性能研究

摘要 采用旋转挂片失重法,模拟电厂循环冷却水系统现场情况,进行缓蚀实验分析,优选出适合该电厂循环冷却水工况的缓蚀阻垢剂配方,同时通过实验的方法考证正磷酸盐、有机膦酸盐和锌盐分别缺失的情况下对碳钢的不同缓蚀效果。实验证明:有机磷酸盐、正磷酸盐、锌盐单独使用时即可取得一定的缓蚀效果,但彼此间复配,可以在较低的加药量情况下达到很好的缓蚀效果。 An effective formula of the scale and corrosion inhibitor was selected for the water circulating system of thermal power plant. The rotary hanging- piece test method was used to simulate the field condition and the experiment results were analyzed by the weight-loss test method. A further check test research of the corrosion effect on the carbon steel with the short of phosphate,organic phosphate and zinc salt respectively was carried out and the result was obtained systematically. The analysis results showed that the compound formula with organic phosphate,phosphate and zinc salts was more excellent in application than that above being used individually,specifically,less dosage and more effective.
