摘要
采用臭氧和次氯酸钠对工业污水厂尾水的色度进行去除。结果表明,次氯酸钠的推荐投加量为60mg/L,色度的去除率约为75%;臭氧的推荐投加量为67 mg/L,色度的去除率约为90%。臭氧去除色度的反应适合采用一级反应动力学进行拟合。反应动力学方程为y=0.105x-0.0184,相关系数为0.9903,反应速率常数(k1)为0.105 min-1。经臭氧反应后,尾水中AOX浓度变化不大。采用次氯酸钠进行处理,尾水中AOX浓度增加。
Ozone and NaClO were used to remove the color for treated effluents from an industrial wastewater treatment plant. The results showed that the optimal NaClO dosage was 60 mg / L,and the removal rate of color was about75%,the optimal ozone dosage was 67 mg / L,and the color removal rate can reach 90%. Reaction kinetics analysis showed that the ozone oxidation degradation process of color was complied with the first order kinetics equation. The kinetic equation was y = 0. 105x-0. 0184,the correlation coefficient was 0. 9903,and reaction rate constant was 0. 105 min-1. After treated by ozone,AOX concentration did not change much. But AOX increased after treated by NaClO.
