应用技术型大学环境工程专业产学合作教育初探

摘要 在高等院校转型的过程中,地方院校与行业企业进行产学合作,培养工程现场和生产一线的高素质应用型人才,是实现应用技术型大学发展的根本落脚点。本文结合河南工程学院环境工程专业在推进产学合作教育中的一些探索和思考,系统介绍和分析了"校企协同,工学融合"人才培养模式改革的基本思路和具体做法。结果表明:阶段式产学合作教育不仅有助于学生后续专业知识的学习,也能够为企业提供储备的技术人才,是实现校企双赢的良好途径。 In the process of the transformation of universities,the fundamental foothold for the development of applied technology is working together with industries and enterprises,cultivating high-quality talents in the project site and the production line. Taking Environmental Engineering teaching in Henan Institute of Engineering as an example,the basic idea of and specific practices for talent training mode reform of "school- enterprise cooperation,engineering integration"were introduced. The results showed that the stage- type cooperative education can not only help the students to learn from the follow professional knowledge,but also provide technical talents for the enterprises to reserve. It is a good way to realize the win- win situation for both university and enterprise.
