基于学季制下高分子专业人才培养的创新实践

Innovation and Practice of Talent Cultivation Model of Polymer Specialty Based on Quarter System

为了提升大学生人才培养质量,许多高校都在进行有关大学教学制度与管理改革。本文分析了学季制和学期制两种教学制度对学生和教师的影响。以高分子材料与工程专业本科人才培养方案为例,在学季制课程改革的背景下重点研究了引入学季制前后专业课程设置的变化及其产生的影响,并通过课程改革实现2015级高分子与材料工程专业人才培养方案的创新。

Now many universities have made much effort to reform on the teaching system and administration to improve their talent cultivation effect for students. The effect of two teaching systems including quarter system and semester system on the students and teachers was analyzed. The differences and impact of curriculum system before and after introducing quarter system were investigated by taking Polymer Materials and Engineering specialty for an example.The innovation of talent cultivation scheme of Grade 2015 for Polymer Material and Engineering specialty will be realized by reforming our present curriculum system.
