化工专业招生面临困境及对策

Predicaments and Countermeasure in Students' Enrolment of Chemical Major

随着社会不断发展与进步,与国民经济息息相关的化工产业正面临由劳动密集型到技术密集型的转变,对高科技人才的需求与日俱增。然而近年来,化工专业招生遇到了一些困境,培养学生的数量不能满足行业需求。造成这些招生困境的因素包括生源、社会对化工认知、化工行业本身特性等。政府、企业、社会、高校需要联合起来,共同解决这些困境,推动人才培养及化工行业发展。

With the continuous development of society together with the conversion of economy closely related chemical industry from labor-intensive to technology intensive,the demand for high-tech talents is increasing. However,in recent years,the enrollment of chemical students encountered some difficulties. The number of graduates can not meet the needs from the industry. The factors caused these dilemma including decreasing number of applicants,social attitudes towards chemical industry, the nature of chemical industry, etc. Thus, this requires cooperation of government,enterprises,society and colleges to solve these difficulties,promote personnel training and the development of chemical industry.
