摘要 介绍了SCR脱硝工艺原理、系统组成,分析了SCR脱硝装置的主要危险有害因素-火灾、爆炸、中毒、窒息、高温烫伤、噪声、粉尘;指出氨泄漏和喷入锅炉烟道的气氨与空气的混合气中的氨气含量超过5%,是导致SCR脱硝装置发生火灾、爆炸、中毒的主要因素;针对SCR脱硝工艺设施的设计、制造、施工及生产安全管理,提出了相应的安全防控措施。 The principle and system composition of SCR denitrification process were introduced,the main dangerous and harmful factors of SCR were analyzed,such as fire,explosion,poisoning,suffocation,high temperature burns,noise and dust. Ammonia leakage and gas ammonia injected into boiler flue and ammonia content in the mixture of air was more than 5%,it was the main factor that caused the fire,explosion and poisoning of SCR denitrification device. According to the design of SCR denitrification process facilities,manufacturing,construction and production safety management,the corresponding safety control measures were put forward.
