硅溶胶的制备及在棉织物上的应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 利用聚合溶胶法制备酸性硅溶胶并对棉织物进行拒水整理。通过添加ETES可以提高棉织物的接触角和水洗牢度。TEOS:ETES为1:0.06时牢度最好。硅溶胶处理后织物白度略有下降,断裂强度增大,柔软度稍有下降。通过均匀实验优化的工艺参数是:TEOS:乙醇:水的物质的量比为1:9:8,pH=3,3h,45℃。整理后棉织物上的接触角理论值为160.7,实际为137.24。
