基于薄板理论的箱型伸缩臂起重机许用载荷分析

摘要 利用薄板理论对起重机伸缩臂的局部接触区域盖板的挠曲情况和应力分布进行分析,运用解析的方法确定了与滑块接触的基本臂局部盖板和第二节臂局部盖板产生最大应力的位置,这不同于传统的梁模型只能求得梁横截面的应力而不能对接触区域的应力状态进行分析。并且使用第四强度准则对最大应力位置的Mises应力进行分析,进一步通过不等式关系确定了起重机伸缩臂起吊的许用载荷。最后通过数值算例验证了文中方法的可行性。 This paper presented the analysis of the stress and deflection state of the local cover plate in contact area by using thin plate theory,and identified the position where the maximum stress arises in the local cover plate which contact with the slider through the use of analytical method.This is different from the traditional beam theory which can only obtain the stress on the cross section,but cannot analyze the stress state of the contact zone,and the von Mises stress of the maximum stress position has been analyzed by use the forth strength criterion.Then a methodology which identified the allowable load by inequation was presented.Finally,this paper has verified the feasibility of the presented method though a numerical example.
