摘要
针对轧机电液伺服压下系统对控制响应性能要求高的问题,提出了采用最优控制提高系统响应性能的方法。建立轧机电液伺服压下系统的数学模型,分析了其参数特性。分别设计PID控制和最优控制策略,并反复试验使控制参数达到最优。结果表明:两种控制都使系统的控制性能显著提高,但最优控制使系统的动态性能更优。本研究为轧机电液伺服压下系统的性能优化提供了理论依据。
To the problem that the control performance of rolling mill screw-down system can't meet demand,the optimal control is designed to improve the control performance of the system.The mathematical model of the system is built and the parameter characteristic is analyzed.To improve response speed,both PID control and optimal control are designed and control parameters are tuned via trial and error method.It is shown that both of the control schemes can improve the control performance significantly,and system can obtain better performance using optimal control.This study also lays the theoretical foundation for future parameter analysis and selection of the rolling mill screw-down system.
