摘要
针对连退平整机组带钢过焊缝过程中延伸率波动的问题,充分考虑连退平整机组的设备与工艺特点,以延伸率波动幅度最小为目标,建立了一套适合于连退平整机组过焊缝过程的延伸率补偿技术;通过理论模型与现场试验相配合,实现了前、后张力及轧制压力的动态补偿,最大程度地减少了延伸率的波动。
Aiming at the problems of strip steel elongation fluctuation in the process of CAPL over weld,fully combined with the equipment and process characteristics of CAPL,as the target of minimum elongation fluctuation range,the elongation compensation technique is established.Combining the theoretical model and field test,the dynamic compensation of tension and rolling pressure is realized,and the fluctuation of elongation is reduced to the maximum extent.
