摘要
对现有的蒙特卡罗算法提出了改进,可以将其应用于生物组织光传输的时域模拟中;并采用漫射近似理论模型与仿真结果进行了对比验证,对其现象和差异进行了详细的讨论与分析。结果表明:该蒙特卡罗算法可以有效地模拟出漫反射光谱,且具有较高的精度,对生物组织无损检测具有很高的参考价值。
The existing Monte Carlo algorithm is improved in this paper,which can be applied to the time-resolved simulation of photon propagation in tissues.The diffusion approximation theory has been adopted to compare and to validate the simulation results.The phenomena and difference have been discussed and analyzed in detail.It is proved that Monte Carlo algorithm can simulate the diffuse reflectance spectrum with high accuracy,which offers a reference for non-invasively testing of tissues.
