摘要
对整个工艺过程的相关数据进行定义与组织,将工艺信息集成在工艺模型上,使工艺模型成为工艺过程的数据核心,消除了工艺过程中各环节的信息传递壁垒。开发了基于MBD的工艺模型设计系统,对工艺模型非几何信息进行快速、规范的定义,对几何信息进行三维标注,并采用了基于捕获视图的方法进行定义,实现与非几何信息的有效关联,最终生成三维可视化工艺文件,提高了产品三维工艺设计和数据管理的效率。
By defining and organizing the relative data of the entire process,the process information is integrated to the process model,which makes the process model becoming the core of the process and eliminates all aspects of information transmission barriers in process.A design system of the process model based MBD is developed to define the non-geometric information of the process model in a quick and standard way.To the geometric information,the methods of the 3Dannotation and the view based capture are employed and the effective link with non-geometric is created.At last,this system generates the three-dimensional visualization process file.Therefore the efficiency of 3Dprocess designing and data managing is improved.
