摘要
介绍了纤维缠绕复合材料压力容器的可靠性分析方法,在ANSYS 14.0中利用有限元法对压力容器建模并进行力学分析获得相应的力学响应,然后根据计算结果进行失效分析,确定了纤维复合材料压力容器最薄弱的部分,为压力容器的优化设计提供了充分的理论依据。
The paper introduces the reliability analysis method of filament wound composite material pressure vessel.The model of the pressure vessel is set up in ANSYS 14.0,and the mechanics analysis of the pressure vessel is conducted by use of finite element method,and the corresponding mechanical response is obtained.Then the failure analysis on the pressure vessel is carried out,and the most vulnerable part of the pressure vessel is determined according to the result of calculation.The result offers a sufficient theoretical basis for optimal design of pressure vessel.
