摘要
TBM撑靴表面接触压力分布不均,不能提供更大的支撑力,采用有限元方法研究撑靴和围岩接触表面的法向应力的分布规律,以及法向应力与施加载荷的关系。结果表明:在撑靴两端先接触围岩的模型中,撑靴和围岩接触区域两端的法向应力较大,中间区域的法向应力较小;接触表面的法向应力随施加在撑靴上的法向载荷的增加而非线性增加。这为后续优化撑靴结构、提高法向应力的分布均匀性提供了参考。
In the contact surface between boots and surrounding rocks,the contact pressure is unevenly distributed,it can not provide fuller force.This paper investigated the distributed characteristic of normal stress in the contact surface between boots and surrounding rocks and studied the relationship between normal stress and load by finite element method.The result shows that the normal stress in the surface of the end boot is larger than that in the surface of the middle boot,the normal stress in the contact surface of boots and surrounding rocks increases with the normal load rising.The study provides the reference for the optimization of the boots and the improvement of contact pressure uniformity in the contact surface.
