高速列车底架的静力学分析

摘要 高速列车底架是列车最为重要的承力部件,受力状态比较复杂。运用三维建模软件Pro/E建立高速列车底架的三维实体模型,将其导入到有限元分析软件ANSYS/Workbench中建立以板壳单元为主体的有限元模型,运用有限元理论对列车底架的典型工况进行静力学分析。通过分析计算得到高速列车底架的最大变形为5.05mm,最大应力为134.3 MPa,均满足EN12663标准,为进一步的改进底架结构设计提供参考。 The high speed train chassis is the most important bearing component in a train,and its strained condition is more complex.The three-dimensional solid model of the high-speed train chassis is set up using three-dimensional modeling software Pro/E,and then it is imported to finite element analysis software ANSYS/Workbench.The plate and shell units are used as the main body of the finite element model,and the finite element theory is applied to statics analysis of the train chassis in the typical working condition.The analysis and calculation results show the maximum deformation and the maximum stress can meet the EN12663 standards,which providing the reference for further improvement of the chassis structure design.
