摘要
根据半挂牵引车QD9020牵引座结构特点,以ANSYS为平台,对牵引座鞍体进行结构参数化建模,并以牵引座在受压、受拉、制动工况下满足强度要求为约束条件,以结构质量和一阶固有频率为目标函数建立了多目标优化数学模型。利用分层目标法对牵引座进行轻量化设计,并通过ANSYS nCode Design Life对优化后的牵引座进行疲劳寿命分析,验证其疲劳可靠性。研究结果表明:优化后牵引座满足寿命要求,且结构质量减轻了20.51%,一阶固有频率提升了14.2Hz,优化效果显著。
Based on the structural features of semi-trailer traction seat QD9020,the parameterized model of traction seat QD9020 is established by ANSYS software.The multi-objective optimization model of traction seat is set up with the quality and the first order natural frequency as the objective function and meeting the strength requirement under the circumstance of compression,tension and braking modes.Then the target layering method is adopted in lightweight design of traction seat,and fatigue analysis of the optimized traction seat is performed to verify the reliability of their fatigue.The result shows that the optimized traction seat can meet the the requirement of service life,being of weight reduction of 20.51%,and the first order modal frequency is increased by 14.2Hz.Obvious optimized effects are achieved.
