摘要
首先利用SolidWorks建立泡沫沥青搅拌机构的三维模型,然后利用ANSYS Workbench对搅拌机构在搅拌过程中出现卡料这种工况下的搅拌机构和搅拌叶片进行有限元分析,得出其应力云图和位移云图,为后续结构设计提供依据。
In this paper,first of all,the three-dimensional model of the foam asphalt mixing mechanism is established by using SolidWorks.Then in stuck condition,the finite element analysis of the model of the mixing mechanism and the mixing blade are conducted,and the distribution of stress and the displacement of the asphalt mixing mechanism is obtained by using the finite element analysis.
