摘要
针对高速钢铣刀过早断裂失效的问题,利用ANSYS软件对高速钢铣刀现有热处理工艺及实际工况条件下的应力分布进行了模拟仿真。结果表明:高速钢铣刀原始淬火保温时间过长,导致表面脱碳层的产生,造成表面硬度不足,难以承受长期的疲劳磨损,是导致高速钢铣刀失效的主要原因之一。
To the problem of fracture failure of high speed steel(HSS)milling-tool,the temperature field of heat treatment process of the milling-tool is simulated,and the stress distribution of milling-tool at working condition is got by use of ANSYS software.The results show that too long hardening holding time results in the tool surface decarburization layer and low surface hardness,which is the main reason of fracture failure of HSS milling-tool.
