安全遮栏自动收放机构设计与实现

Design and Accomplishment of Automatic Retraction Mechanism for Safety Barrier

摘要 针对危险警示栏收放的三自由度收放机构的运动控制问题,基于S7-200PLC核心控制器,采用继电器分时控制与传感器限位保护,设计收放机构的收放控制硬件电路;给出一个收放运动控制算法,并经过软件编程调试实现收放机构三自由度平稳直线运动的手动及自动控制。对收放机构控制的实验测试表明,该控制电路的设计以及控制算法是合理可行的。 In order to control the three degrees of freedom(3-DOF)retraction mechanism for safety barrier,this paper proposed a circuit and a motion control algorithm.The proposed circuit was based on PLC S7-200,and the manual and automatic control on smooth linear motion of 3-DOF retraction mechanism was achieved through time-sharing control and position limitation protection.The experiment shows that the circuit with the motion control algorithm can work effectively.
