X弹数字化装配生产线技术研究

Research on X-Ammunition Digital Assembly Line

为满足X弹数字化装配、检测和质量管理的需求,实现X弹的柔性、智能、安全装配,分析了X弹数字化装配生产线的主要功能,研究了自动化工艺流程。根据工艺流程,设计了生产线的布局和X弹数字化装配生产线的总体方案,并对各分系统进行了研究。该生产线具有生产质量稳定、生产效率高、安全性高等特点。

To satisfy X-ammunition assembly,measurement and inspection,quality control needs,to realize the flexible,intelligent,safe assembly of X-ammunition,we designed an automatic assembly process based on analysis of the function of X-ammunition digital assembly line.Based on the process flow,the layout of production line was designed.The overall scheme of X-ammunition digital assembly line was developed and the research was conducted on subsystem.This assembly line is of the advantages of stable production quality,high efficiency and reliable security.
